Getting to know Shayna Harvey

Good therapy is transformational. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. With a background in depth psychology, my work is rooted in exploring the unconscious and uncovering the parts of ourselves that are ripe for growth. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel supported as they move toward healing, positive self-regard, and greater authenticity.
