Dr. Shelby Mailho completed her doctorate in clinical psychology from The Florida School of Professional Psychology in Tampa, Florida in 2016. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families. She has an affinity for connecting with teenagers and offers support around various issues including anxiety, depression, family and peer relationships, life transitions, as well as exploration of identity including sexual orientation and gender identity. She is passionate about working with minority populations and has spent much of her education and clinical work around providing affirmative, comprehensive care to the LGBTQ* communities. Shelby has worked in various settings including community mental health, public school system, residential treatment, as well as group private practices.
