Psychotherapist
2000 N Racine Ave, Ste 3300, Chicago, IL
Hi, I'm Madison! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're looking for support for yourself or your child, finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Therapy with me is warm, genuine, evidence-based, and growth-oriented. I'll meet you where you are, but I won't let you stay stuck. I believe therapy should be both meaningful and practical. Some days that means learning concrete skills to manage overwhelming emotions. Other days it means slowing down, making sense of patterns, celebrating wins, or simply having a space where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll work together to create goals that feel meaningful, attainable, and authentic. While I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults, I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, relationship challenges, and life's transitions. When working with children, I view parents and caregivers as valuable partners, collaborating to better understand your child's emotional world while providing practical tools that support growth beyond the therapy room.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Hi, I'm Madison! I’m so glad you’re here. Finding the right therapist for yourself or your child can feel like a daunting task, but reaching out is a huge first step. I believe therapy should be both deeply supportive and genuinely practical. Together, we’ll move past abstract talk and focus on what success actually looks like in your day-to-day life—so you can stop feeling stuck, gain momentum, and start feeling in control again. Whether we are tackling anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, or major life shifts, my approach is warm, active, and rooted in clear goals: For Adults: We identify the underlying patterns holding you back, manage anxiety or perfectionism, and build concrete skills that help you feel capable, clear, and successful at work and in relationships. For Kids & Teens: We build practical emotional regulation tools, confidence, and coping habits through engaging, developmentally informed care. For Parents: I treat you as a key partner. We collaborate to understand your child's emotional needs and establish practical routines that bring peace and success to your home environment. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University, and I integrate evidence-based tools including CBT, ACT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Play Therapy. Every session is customized to your unique strengths, values, and real-world needs. I look forward to partnering with you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet you exactly where you are, but I won't leave you stuck there. Some sessions focus on learning direct strategies to manage overwhelming thoughts, OCD rituals, or perfectionist pressure. Other sessions are dedicated to stepping back, understanding your habits, celebrating wins, or simply dropping the mask in a safe, non-judgmental space. I help adults, children, and families move past overwhelm, anxiety, and self-doubt so they can start feeling confident and successful in their daily lives. Therapy with me is warm, practical, and focused on progress rather than perfection. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, relationship hurdles, and major life transitions using proven, evidence-based approaches.
