Having never done this before, I was not sure what to expect. But Sheree was very attentive and patient when listening to me talk, laid out a look at the entire process as well as thoroughly going over the next steps and was just overall very good at what she does.
Our therapist is very knowledgeable and interactive with us as a couple in therapy. She targets and give us what to work on before the next session.

I have no problems, all goes smoothly.

It was really cool, the office was cute, bright but with calm earth tones and elements throughout the main lobby. Had a nice hot beverage bar with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The staff member who checked me in, Joe, and my therapist, Sheree, were both so kind and wonderful from our first exchanges, including when I spilled my entire cup of coffee on the floor, and even inside the cabinet lol.I profusely apologized and offered to help, they just laughed it off with me as they took care of it and told me it was okay and that accidents happened. They asked if I wanted to another cup, telling me it's okay to try again. Sincere and transpaent are words I would use to describe Sheree for sure. The entire time with her was very comfortable, her space and vibe made it extremely relaxing environment. Her cool, but direct approach I personally liked, opened me right up, and really let me get it all out while still guiding me with questions. Overall a very good, first long, awaited experience.
