Shiralee is personable, knows what she is doing, is approachable and puts me and my daughter at ease when she is working on us. She is always able to explain what she is doing and does so with confidence. I'm relaxed and feeling better when I leave her sessions. =)

Shiralee joined the C.A.R.E. team in June of 2015. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.A. in psychology in 2008, and went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. Shiralee enjoys working with all populations including pediatrics. She utilizes many treatment modalities including craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, myofascial release and movement therapy. Shiralee is passionate about working with people to overcome injury, pain, and daily dysfunction, and to work towards a healthy and empowered lifestyle.

I thought it was good! I didn't have specific expectations other than what could be done in conjunction to my chiropractic treatment. I felt relaxed and I thought the treatments from Shiralee helped some and my chiropractor noticed an improved difference when I went to see them.

Shiralee is a talented physical therapist who is very in tune to what is happening throughout my body. She is able to use the connections between the muscles and nerves to make adjustments and make me feel better. I highly recommend her!
