About Dr. Anushree Dighe
Anushree completed her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign in 2017, and then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2021.
She then went on to complete a Sports Residency from The Ohio State University, graduating from there in 2022. Anushree has a passion for working with a variety of athletes and enjoys the challenge of getting them back to their prior level of function.
She has enjoyed attending and presenting at state and national conferences, and in her free time, you can find her cooking/baking new fusion recipes, reading a good book, or finding a new place to travel.

It has been a pleasure working with Anushree! It took some time for me to execute some of the exercises properly, but she was very patient and empathetic towards my situation. In addition to the stretches and exercises, some of the most helpful elements of support came from our ongoing conversations. Since I started working with her, she has educated me on the importance of developing neuromuscular strength. As the months went on, she continuously reassured me that I was on the right track and was making progress. It was very evident that she was invested in my well-being. Anushree has also been instrumental in helping me modify my strength training routine, helping me lift with better form and advising me on the "dos and don'ts" inside the gym. Over the past year, I have been training for a big hiking trip, but was very nervous about it since I had been struggling with discomfort in my back and legs. The trip went very well, thanks to all the support I received from Anushree!

Anushree is professional, detail oriented and caring. We first came to her for my hockey player’s injury rehab, then I saw her for my tennis elbow after seeing how much she helped my son. I can’t recommend her enough and I know we will be in good hand going forward if we ever need physical therapy again. Thank you Anushree.

Anushree was very knowledgeable and always listened to me and what was going on. In the past therapists had been stuck in their own ways and would almost force things upon me despite my pain or discomfort. I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and many different PTs, however Anushree was by far the best in addressing the issue and how we could improve my day to day life and be pain free. She was able to tailor my sessions to avoid pain but also improve strength and mobility.

Anushree understood my issue accurately and promptly started to work on fixing it. She showed me the right exercises to perform and ensured that I executed them correctly. My elbow pain has completely gone away. I would recommend her services to all.

Working with Anushree has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. I was able to learn an effective set of exercises relatively quickly and have gotten back to fully functional in just over a month. Will definitely be seeing her again if / when additional PT issues comes up.

I’ve been working with Anush for a while. She has helped me through a torn meniscus and all m little ailments along the way. She’s an excellent physical therapist and would recommend her to anyone in need.

Anushree is amazing. My muscles have a tendency to lock up and she s great with dry needling. It has really helped me et range of motion and strength back more quickly after my shoulder replacement.

I have been seeing Anushree for over a year now and am so happy with the results! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides excellent guidance. What sets her apart is her ability to tailor exercises and treatment plans to my daily physical condition, ensuring that I always feel challenged, but never overwhelmed. She listens, is kind and supportive making every session effective and enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist!

Anushree is an incredibly thoughtful and skilled physical therapist. She makes you feel super comfortable and seen, and puts her all into helping you recover. With her expertise I was able to go back to running in a matter of months after my ankle surgery!

Anushree is an incredibly talented and thoughtful physical therapist. She made me feel so comfortable and seen. After my ankle surgery I was scared I’d never be able to run again, but with Anushree’s uplifting spirit and expertise I was able to hit the ground running in no time!

After several PT experiences over the years, Anush was a game changer. Extremely thorough, clear, practical explanations. We have continued to work together well beyond the typical PT time frame and I see persistent improvement without getting hurt.
Last but not least, Anush has a fun personality and is good at finding the right music to go with our sessions.

I loved seeing Noosh a lot. She was very nice to me and kept up/was patient with my harder to deal with personality. I can actually play my sport without pain and I can do things I wasn’t able to before. I would recommend her to anyone with trouble and wish I could continue coming here but I think I’m pretty much cured so I can’t :(
