To the point, but very informative. Everyone was very nice and made scheduling my surgery easy and quick.
To the point, but reassuring and made me less nervous.
Amazing customer service and staff. The whole team here clearly know what they are doing and truly make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Wolin and his team.
Staff was very professional and personable. Dr Wolin clearly outlined my options; he's highly skilled, thorough and compassionate.
Easy to schedule, office staff was friendly and helpful, and my boyfriend was treated appropriately and was able to get an MRI and follow up appointment the same week.
Really amazing doctors. Have been to two other doctors about my knee problem and I knew they were always missing something. Dr. Wolin is very thorough and precise.
This is a very professional and well organized Care facility. I would drive 4 hours to get there if I had to to get the care and attention that they provide. I have been to several orthopedic surgeons in the past and have not had a good feeling when leaving the office as far as diagnosis and alternative means other than cutting to repair.I would recommend Dr. Roland and his facility to anyone for their orthopedic needs. Dr. Wolin was very professional and very direct with my treatment plan and recovery expectations! Great experience.
While the visit with Dr. Wolin itself was fine, I waited over an hour to be seen. I found this to be completely unacceptable. I made an 8:00am appointment specifically so I would not be more than a half-hour late to work. Instead I was almost two hours late and had to take unplanned PTO. I understand that doctors do not know how much attention each individual patient might need, but a delay of over an hour seems to be more of an issue of scheduling too many patients than taking too much time with a patient.
I had to wait over half hour/ but the front desk tried to be sensitive to my time constraints. I was disappointed tag their system was not fully merged with Zoc Doc- had to fill out forms in office. Dr W was professional, kind, seemed thorough and seemed efficient. Pleasant, helpful team
Great doctor, straightforward but kind. The entire staff was helpful and friendly.
Easily the worst doctor I have ever gone to. From the second he walked in the room it was obvious that he wanted to be done dealing with me as soon as possible. He never introduced himself formally, never explained what he was doing, and never showed any interest in my injury beyond the most superficial questions. The only information I got from him was what I directly asked him to provide, and even then he told me literally nothing I was not aware of before going into his office. Additionally, I told him I was dealing largely with my right arm but that there was also pain in the left arm, but he focused solely on my right. At the end of the visit, he abruptly walked out the room without saying anything and left me sitting there with no idea what was going on. I wandered out of the room and had to ask three or four nurses what was going on before someone was able to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. He ended up writing me a script for physical therapy, but a nurse ended up changing it because I should have been prescribed occupational therapy instead. Long story short, Dr. Wolin is a waste of time and money. From the collection of signed memorabilia (mostly college athletes) surrounding his office, I am under the impression that he cares about "important" athletes far more than he did me.
Except for the waiting time, I loved it. Great experience. I woll come back.
A great office and doc! Very accommodating to my last minute appointment -- never felt rushed. Thorough and attentive to my needs.
Bien esperando resultados y que el doctor me ayuda con mi problema.
