Dr. Rachel Nesburg, PT, DPT, PCES, believes that the best care is individualized, convenient, and encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Her practice helps clients maximize their health, fitness, and long-term health. Every plan is tailored to the individual, adapting to each person's goals, lifestyle, and changing needs throughout every stage of life. Rachel graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctor degree in Physical Therapy. Her clinical experience spans sports & orthopedic rehabilitation, home health, and women’s / pelvic health. She is also a running and fitness coach and currently working towards her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
