Hi, I am a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed addictions specialist in NC. I was born and raised in NY and received my masters in mental health counseling at Marist College in Dutchess County, while raising four beautiful Daughters. I have worked in the counseling field for over 20 years helping my clients and their families heal from the wreckage of addiction and untreated mental health. If you are struggling with addiction, alcoholism, anxiety, mood disorders, and/or family discord I can help. I have worked in the role of psychotherapist, clinical director, and skilled at program development. This all means I have I understand what therapies work for what your needs are. Through my experience I have designed a specific set of topics, assignments, and individualize your treatment plan to fit your goals and hopes for yourself.
