I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. Throughout my career, I have worked with various populations and in a variety of therapeutic settings, including hospitals, schools, and outpatient programs. During this time, I have supported children and families facing a range of disorders and disabilities, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, self-esteem challenges, attachment disorders, autism spectrum, self-harm, OCD, PTSD, panic, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and genetic disorders.
I am one of fewer than 50 certified therapists in the state of New Jersey for CBT. In addition to CBT, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Techniques, and a Client-Centered approach in my practice. Therapeutic relationships are built upon trust, and collaboration with my clients is the most important factor in treatment.
In my free time, you can find me playing with my young twin daughters and exploring the outdoors.
