COMPLETELY LIFE CHANGING !! I am 60 and have dealt with several mental health challenges in my life. Including but not limited to,sexual, physical psychological, and emotional abuse.
I have seen several Psychiatrist and psychologist to no avail.
Turns out you have to take the advice given and apply it to your life with relentless ACTION.
Ms. Villa was able to guide me through this process, with LEGIT SKILLS compassion and understanding ! I feel very lucky . She was able to get me through from potential suicide to THRIVING, and for this I will always be thankful !

Hello, I am a seasoned licensed clinical social worker. I am experienced in medical and psychiatric social work and have managed and run entire programs for mental health. I still love the direct clinical sessions and have helped thousands.
I have a very holistic approach to therapy. Depending on client needs, I choose from the many therapeutic modalities I have trained and used over many years that will fit you best. Your goals and aspirations are the road map in our therapy journey, and I will be your guide to getting to your goals. This will not just be venting for you; you will learn a lot in session. You will have amazing insights about your past and how the past has influenced your thinking...and the best part, how to change. You will be given the option of practicing skills between the counseling sessions, so you are moving ahead at a faster pace to feel happy, calm, and at peace. I am also very flexible with schedules and am available for crisis intervention during the week if needed.

She has been a blessing. Very professional, at the same time, empathetic and understanding of your needs. Her knowledge of her field is in-depth.
