I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with extensive experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and ages, addressing a wide range of concerns. I have supported individuals facing transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those struggling with barriers to realizing their creative and professional goals. Additionally, I have worked with people experiencing life-limiting illness, grief and loss, trauma history, and caregivers. A major focus of my work is helping clients achieve self-acceptance, self-compassion, and a sense of authenticity in their lives.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to provide compassionate and effective care. I view each client as an individual and do not use a “one size fits all” approach. Instead, I take the time to get to know my clients and understand what they want to achieve through therapy. Some clients come with clear goals, such as reducing anxiety or improving relationships, while for others, new areas of focus emerge as therapy progresses.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including insight-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness, among others. Creating a safe and supportive space for clients to share their feelings and concerns is of primary importance to me and is a key factor in helping people heal, grow, and achieve their goals.
