About Tai Ng Garcia
With a passion for holistic healing and an interest in the way the body functions Tai, originally from Georgetown, Guyana, entered the massage therapy field in 2015 where she graduated from the Swedish Institute in NYC, with an Associate degree of Science in Occupational Studies.
She approaches each patient with a holistic, mind-body-spirit perspective and tailors treatment to their individual needs. She has experienced a vast range of settings that has deepened her understanding of the body's anatomy and physiology and allowed her touch to become intuitive. Her belief is that all bodies deserve a safe and judgement-free space for their healing to begin.
In her clinical practice she uses her knowledge and honed skills of medical massage, trigger point, myofascial release, and neuromuscular modalities interchangeably to aid in the recovery and physical functionality.
Beyond technical proficiency, she is always seeking to add new modalities to her practice and is also a breathwork practitioner and is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

I have tried a lot of maassage therapist, Tai is the best one. Her technique is unique, she knows where my problem is and she has strong hands. I always feel better like a new person after her massage. I recommend all my co-worker and friends to see her.
