Welcome, my name is Tara Donnino and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I hold a Master of Education in Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Cortland. I primarily focus on working with adults who are going through life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, and identity struggles. I believe in a collaborative effort in session to empower individual growth, autonomy, and confidence. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves freely and thrive. My preferred treatment methods are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.

I’ve been working with Tara for many years now and I don’t know how I got through life before working with her. She is always so patient and understanding and doesn’t allow me to beat myself up. She is genuine and knowledgeable and always gives great assignments in between sessions. I’ve grown so much since seeing her and am excited to see where I will be a year from now and more.
