My name is Tarra and I'm a Clinical Social Worker who has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety; ADHD; life transitions; interpersonal relationships; self esteem; etc. I strive to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable to be yourself and come as you are; free from judgement....with the goal of us working collaboratively to enhance your life. My approach focuses on building mindfulness and self compassion; along with teaching practical coping skills for daily life; as well as the long term.
