I had already made up in my mind that I had lost all hope for therapy. I’ve given it a shot before but felt worst. My entire perspective of therapy with Dr. Tehela Nimroody changed for the best. Not only a doctor who cares but helps with clarity, communication, my panic attacks, obsessive thinking, anxiety, trauma, dissociation and more. I have just started with Dr. Tehela and already feel a big difference. I will be forever grateful and hope to continue.

I am an out-of-network provider accepting self-pay patients but I do have a sliding scale based on financial need.
I have been seeing patients for over 19 years and my experience has shown me time and again the wonderful changes that individuals can attain when they become more aware of the hidden meanings behind seemingly incomprehensible and self-destructive behaviors. When one takes the time to try to understand these behaviors instead of simply judging them negatively, it is often the case that maladaptive behavior patterns are discovered to be attempts persisting from the past at finding the best solution to a difficult situation.
Behind the most perplexing behaviors is a core of healthy intent. I am optimistic about every individual's ability to get in touch with and express their potential for living a fuller more satisfying life.
