I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing to guide you through the stages of change—from ambivalence to confidence. My approach is tailored to help you progress through life's challenges with resilience and strength.
I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, ADHD, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, psychosis/schizophrenia, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, trauma, addiction, anger management, military/veteran support, PTSD, and perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum).
