I provide a judgment-free space where you can be open, honest, and free to express yourself. I utilize interventions such as CBT and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and work from an empowerment and strength-based lens that aims to empower patients to make positive changes in their lives. It has been my experience that all patients can improve their lives with dedication and a therapist who truly cares.
