What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and engaged. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—without pressure or pretense. Therapy with me is an active process: I’ll ask thoughtful questions, reflect what I hear, offer tools, and challenge patterns gently when needed. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I respect your pace and process. I welcome clients from all walks of life and work particularly well with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, burnout, transitions, and relationship challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions are about building connection, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what success would look like for you. We’ll explore patterns that may be contributing to distress and start to develop insight and practical tools to support change. I often incorporate mindfulness, attachment theory, and emotionally focused strategies, depending on your needs. Whether we're working short-term toward a specific goal or long-term for deeper healing, I’ll meet you where you are. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and availability.
