Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I believe anyone can benefit from treatment. I believe all mental health issues center around difficult emotions and working on identifying healthy ways to cope, as well as developing skills to improve one’s life. My goal is to help you work on bettering yourself. During sessions with me, you can expect your emotions to always be validated by an impartial, supportive therapeutic partner.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University and am certified in anger management. I take a special interest in trauma treatment. I treat clients ages 13 to 65 and those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, insomnia, stress, trauma, women’s issues, control disorders, mood disorders, and more. I pull from a diverse body of knowledge when creating treatment plans. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and more.
