Most relevant

The website it runs on is not properly maintained and is not funcional. There is no communication with tech support to fix this. I have had appointments canceled from glitches on multiple occasions and there is little to no successful communication with this therapist. I leave with far more stress and anguish when i leave a session, and we usually never even get to have a proper session to begin with. 4 if my appointments have been canceled and I've been there less than 4 months. Availability of a proper therapist with medicaid is getting unbearable. You will need a seperate therapist to cope with your appointment with this one.
