Hey there, I'm Valerie!
Do you feel like no matter what you do, things aren't going the way you'd like? Are you struggling to maintain healthy relationships, work, and life in general? Is it hard to be kind and compassionate to yourself?
I help clients manage depression, anxiety, and process all kinds of trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you where you want to be. I use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also work extensively with all kinds of relationship challenges, helping to establish healthy connections with family members, partners, children, and friends.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
Whatever you are dealing with, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary, and I admire the courage it took for you to get started. You deserve a safe space to be heard, understood, and have the opportunity to heal and grow.
