Honestly, she’s one of my favorite people in the world! Ms. Clouden has been my therapist for a couple years now and I couldn’t be more grateful. It took a while for me to find the right one but I knew as soon as we met that I did in her. Now, I look forward to our sessions.
She is the most insightful, relatable, & honest professional I’ve ever encountered in my life! She is amazing at creating a safe comfortable space & she is funny! You’ll have no problem opening up & starting a conversation. By the end of it, you’ll realize there were so many major key lessons you’ll wanna grab a notebook! Another reason I love her is bc unlike most rigid therapists, she is flexible and understanding, allowing for schedule changes due to a hectic life. She makes “doing the work” simple, and has helped prioritize my mental health, bettering my life in every way.

I talked about science and how important it was to me and how it affected my outlook on life. Vanessa was willing to hear me out and was supportive, even suggesting to me what ways I can further improve myself in ways I never thought of.

I’ve worked with Vanessa for over a year and feel I have been able to improve my symptoms of anxiety and develop growth/confidence in myself. She is very relatable, supportive, and would make time for me to vent. She also makes careful and thoughtful suggestions and takes the time to listen and help me understand myself. Highly recommend!
