My time with Victoria is something i will always cherish. She made me feel heard and listened. She also helped me by giving me the tools to help fix my life. I could not recommend her more. She was also very accommodating with hectic school schedule.

As a mental health counselor, my priority is to provide clients with a healthy, safe, and comfortable space to share their most vulnerable, private, and personal experiences.
I create this space by first building a strong and trusting relationship, grounded in unconditional positive regard and an empathetic, warm approach. In our work together, I often use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and others. Because these therapy styles are not one size fits all, I tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual.
I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from St. John's University and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling, summa cum laude, from Long Island University, Brooklyn. Throughout my experience, I have worked with clients across various age groups who have struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and more. I am passionate about helping people live more comfortably and committed to ensuring you do not face these struggles alone. I look forward to working with you!
