UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I treat my clients similarly to how I treat my friends. I support, challenge, encourage, and validate their thoughts and feelings. I tend to take a psychodynamic approach but also incorporate coaching, cognitive behavioral, and mindful skills along the way. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, which informs my practice and commitment to holistic care.

I have over 20 years experience in the social work field and succeed at making clients feel at ease in the first session.

I approach each client with learning about their strengths and using their strengths to help them learn how to work through their issues.
