Hi there, I'm Victoria!
My mission as a therapist is to partner with individuals in order to assist with improving their communication skills, self-esteem issues, and negative self-talk, as well as decreasing self-harming behaviors. I am a dedicated, motivated therapist that strives to guide my patients of all ages toward their own sense of happiness. My passion as a therapist is to support those that are struggling with anxiety disorders (including panic disorders), depression, substance use concerns, and other psychiatric conditions.
My approach
In order to support patients in reaching their desired goals, I collaborate with individuals and integrate a variety of evidenced-based modalities within my treatment, such as; Harm Reduction strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
My focus
The ideal client is one that is open, honest, and willing to attend sessions regularly. Ready to meet their own individualized goals.
