In my current psychotherapy practice, I provide services to adults aged 18 and older. My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, stress, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and individualized. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while drawing from psychodynamic and relational approaches, DBT-informed skills, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation based on each client's individual needs. Together, we may explore thought and behavioral patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping strategies, improve communication and relationships, and work toward healthier ways of managing life's challenges. I believe therapy should respect each person's unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals. I aim to meet clients where they are and provide support and practical tools that can help them strengthen their emotional well-being, build greater self-awareness, and create meaningful and lasting change.
