My approach is collaborative, drawing from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Compassion-Focused techniques while integrating other methods as appropriate to your needs. I guide sessions to focus on what matters most to you, helping steer the conversation so there’s no pressure. I don’t tell you what to do; instead, we explore and reflect together, helping you find your own answers and work toward long-term goals. With me, you enter a judgment-free space where therapy adapts to your style, whether through talking, reflecting, or engaging in creative exercises.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities and learning differences, as well as their caregivers and siblings. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, identity and relationship concerns, school avoidance, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

While it’s important to work through challenges, I also emphasize recognizing strengths and progress. In every session, I help you notice these moments, reflect on your experiences, and gain insight that fosters resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.
