My passion is helping women of all identities transition into their idea of motherhood gracefully. I am certified in treating disorders associated with the pregnancy/postpartum period, Personality Disorders, mood disorders, parenting concerns, life stressors, and women’s health concerns. I enjoy working with women of all ages and identities facing difficult life transitions.
I am certified in DBT, Pregnancy and Postpartum Depression/Anxiety/Mood Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder. I am most passionate about helping women during life transitions and relational struggles; no matter the age, life transition, faith, sexual or gender identity.
There’s nothing more powerful than feeling strong and empowered on your journey in life. I believe that therapy is not just for the times when you are struggles but also for the times in which you wish to succeed in life. I see myself simply as your guide on your personal journey to success. I identify as an LGBTQ+ ally.
