Will allows me to talk but doesn't allow me to talk negatively about myself. That's something Ive struggled with. He makes sure I get the whole picture by explaining things I didn't mention. I look forward to conversations with him weekly. I wish it was two a week.

My specialties include working with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, and compulsive and obsessive behaviors. I use a holistic approach that incorporates techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
