I specialize in supporting young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and moments of uncertainty, and I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. My approach integrates narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT, grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive framework. Ofrezco terapia en español. I believe language is deeply connected to identity and emotional expression, and Spanish-speaking clients are welcome to engage in therapy in the language that feels most authentic. Above all, I want my clients to feel seen, valued, and empowered as we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
