My first appointment was great! I was in the virtual room 15 minutes prior to my appointment and the doctor came right in, this I appreciated. He listened thoroughly to me was empathetic and I went over my medical history and previous medications. He created a plan for me with medication‘s? that we agreed on and he wants to follow up with me in two weeks. I will do just that. ?Side note: I had brought my teenage daughter to him and he did wonderfully with her. I highly recommend him for teenagers too.

This doctor makes you wait in the lobby for over an hour at times. Once you enter his office, he will ask if you have any suicidal thoughts and if you need medication. This takes him less than 5 minutes. He is not willing to hear out his patients and does not fill out forms for work in a timely manner. The office personnel is awful as well. They do not fill out documents on time or send them to your workplace on time as well. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy; the place is a joke.

He did not seem very concerned with listening to me, and told me that he basically just writes prescriptions. He was very brief, and did not appear to understand what I going through. I have serious PTSD issues, and suspect that I might have high functioning autism. He offered me no resources, and told me that someone would follow up with me which still has not happened.

I think that it was a complete waste of my time. He told me he was going to call in a certain medication to add to my Celexa that I have already been taking. The medicine was never called in and I am very upset about this whole situation. I called to follow up on this and never got a callback and missed my second appointment today because of the fact that I never heard back and never got my meds from the first appointment!
Horrible thing to happen with a telemedicine psychiatric appointment ! Feeling very down and out for months and finally get to see a doctor and this happens !
