About Timothy Hirsch
Timothy has been practicing medicine as a PA since 2009 in both primary care and emergency medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants. He has extensive experience in primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine.
Timothy is particularly interested in helping patients achieve wellness through nutrition, lifestyle modification and preventative medicine. He strongly believes that “Food is medicine” and one of the best things we can do for ourselves is to “not stop moving” by embracing activity.
Timothy also enjoys mentoring and teaching future PA's. He became a Physician Assistant after working with many smart and skilled PA's in a trauma center during his undergraduate studies.
He was born and raised on Long Island, NY and has been living in Colorado since graduating PA school in 2009. Timothy has a wonderful wife (who is also a PA!) and 4 young kids who keep them very busy. He is a passionate NY Rangers fan and has been playing ice hockey most of his life. He has even recently started coaching youth hockey locally. Other pastimes include cycling, golf, skiing and all of the outdoor opportunities Colorado offers.

Timothy Hirsch is easy to talk to about my problems. He listens well and helped me decide on my medical goals. He wrote down follow up notes to help me remember our discussion. Tim was awesome! Very thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. I havve an excellent, new PCP. Check in with Irma was excellent, and check out with Caroline was as well, Wait time was zero. Appointment at 9:30, I was seen at 9:30. I highly recommend Burrows Internal medicine.

As someone who’s put off doctor visits for over a decade, Burrows and Tim Hirsch made my visit a breeze. Even the blood draw, my least favorite part, was quick and easy with their tech being very considerate. If you’re like me and fear the doc, this is the place to go.
