Sheri Shiels, PA-C, was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She earned her undergraduate degrees in both psychology and biology from S.U.N.Y. Albany. She graduated from Long Island University/Brooklyn Hospital Physician Assistant program in 1999.
Sheri has special interest in women’s health, patient education, and wellness/preventative care. She is married with two children and resides in Loganville, GA. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Sheri joined Lawrenceville Family Practice in May of 2015.

Yes I would return I like Dr.Sheils I personally like her and if she left this office I would follow. It would be tough for me to leave this office in general because the staff is very nice and treat you like family .i like my doctor to know me and my health I feel seeing a handful of doctors is not a good thing because they know nothing about you .My husband also see Dr.S and my younger daughter does too my oldest daughter see Dr W. and she loves him. So I and my family definitely sent people to this office and will continue to send people . I also love that this office has everything in office !

Great experience at Lawrenceville Family Practice. I've been trying to find a primary care physician for awhile but have always been let down. Sheri was knowledgeable and she took the time to listen and provide feedback to any questions or concerns I had. The office location is a bit of a drive for me, but it's worth the drive when it's the right provider.

I was disappointed in how rushed the appointment felt. I understand they are on a time schedule, but as a first time patient, I felt as if I couldn’t talk with her about some of my concerning health issues because she acted like she had to run to the next patient.
The front office staff was kind of rude to many of the people coming in for their appointments the day I was there.
The location is convenient, and I guess that’s the main reason I will consider returning in the future.

The compassion and care that was shown to me was so refreshing Doctor appointments are not my favorite. Lawrenceville Family Practice teams from reception to CNA to doctor and referral staff were absolutely fantastic!!! They ALL made me feel like my health was important and NOT just a scheduled patient/appointment. The very best experience!!
