Most relevant

What stood out was that I was not listened to. I DID NOT want all the things that were recommended. I was instructed to see a video of services that I DID NOT want. When I came to pay afterwards I was charged for everything. I got confused - and it is difficult when people don't listen so I paid in full. When I got home I realized that the bill was totally incorrect. I DID not want any of the items - like the Perio protect trays and the Perio gel for home, and the guard. And I was charged for things like Periodontal maintenance that had not taken place yet! I want my ex-rays sent to me to take to another doctor and any other evaluations. I DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE. I made every attempt to get in touch with them. I called early the next day, left a messages, then I texted and I wrote again never hearing from them. (5x) At 5:55pm I got a text saying - "Too late. They already ordered what I signed." I have the correspondence. Shelley T.
