About Dr. Abdelrahman Salem

After graduating from the University of Jordan with his DDS, Dr. Abdo Salem graduated with his Masters Degree in Oral Science and then completed his Orthodontic Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since graduating and completing his residency, Dr. Salem has become a very active member of the dental community. Aside from being published in one of the leading Orthodontic Journals, Dr. Salem is active in a clinical research group at the University of Illinois at Chicago. There, his interest is three-dimensional cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Dr. Salem is also an active member of several groups including the; American Association of Orthodontists ( AAO), American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and Chicago Dental Society (CDS). Since becoming an orthodontist, Dr. Salem believes that nothing makes him happier than seeing his patients reaction after finishing braces.

I went to fix a broken wire retainer. the front desk assistant was nice. I was seen almost right away. I was comfortable and the doctor was informative. a few things: zocdoc will ask to fill out the same forms as the office. they are not integrated so try not to fill out the office docs through zocdoc. other than that it was a good place and they were quick with service.
