I went in for a few implants as well as porcelain veneers for my front teeth. Dr. Franco explained everything in such great detail before starting. His office manager Carla explained the financial side and they offered me financing which was very helpful for my treatment. Carla made applying for financing was extremely easy to do, it only took about 5 minutes.
My veneers and implants came out beautifully! They look so natural. And the best part is nothing hurt at all! Dr. Franco and his assistants were so gentle throughout the entire process. My only regret was that I didn’t come see him sooner. If you’re trying to find the best dentist in Miami, look no further. Whether it’s for a cleaning, crowns, veneers, implants etc! He’s top notch. I already referred all of my family to him.

Dr. Adrian Franco is a Miami native, general dentist, cosmetic dentist, and implant dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized dental care to the community where he was raised. As the owner of The Dental Boutique in South Miami, his philosophy is simple: treat every patient like family and provide the same level of care he would want for his own loved ones.
Dr. Franco welcomes new patients daily and provides everything from routine and preventive dental care, including exams and cleanings, to more advanced treatments. His areas of focus include emergency dentistry, dental implants, All-on-X (AOX), veneers and cosmetic dentistry, and Invisalign®.
Whether a patient needs a routine cleaning, is experiencing a dental emergency, wants to replace missing teeth, or is looking to transform their smile, Dr. Franco takes the time to understand their individual needs, concerns, and goals.
His approach to dentistry is comprehensive and never one-size-fits-all. Every patient receives a thorough evaluation, and each treatment plan is carefully tailored to their specific dental needs and desired outcome. He believes patients should understand their options and feel comfortable and confident in their care.

I had such a great experience at The Dental Boutique! Dr. Franco was incredibly friendly and immediately put my dental anxiety at ease. Eileen, the hygienist, was so sweet and gave me genuinely the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Everyone was kind, professional, and made the whole visit so easy. I would definitely recommend The Dental Boutique!
