My appointment was for a cleaning. When I arrived the front staff asked for my insurance card and drivers license, which I provided. When I asked for my drivers license back, I was met with a rude : you'll get it back when we're done.
I was eventually given a statement for charges that included x-rays, which I explained that I don't do x-rays every year. I was told that I would have to have x-rays. I conceded.
When I met with the x-ray technician , she told me I would be required to do x-rays ever years. At that point I decided not to proceed.

I went to radiant smiles because I began experiencing some tooth pain in my upper molar, and it was contributing to a migraine. My experience was spectacular after booking my appointment with Zoc Doc, I was sent some paperwork for the office to complete prior to my appointment, and I called to ensure that my insurance was accepted. They answered the phone right away, were very friendly, and I even got an earlier appointment time! They called my insurance for me to verify everything. When I got there for my appointment because I had done everything through… There was hardly any paperwork to fill out, and they got me right in the doctor was thorough and brief on his analysis, which was perfect. I got prescribed medication I needed, and I was sent on my way. My experience was easy, breezy, beautiful. Highly recommend Radiant Smiles W Sahara ??
