About Dr. Alec Thurston
Dr. Alec Thurston is a comprehensive general dentist dedicated to personalized, patient-centered care. He believes great dental health starts with listening to patients, understanding their goals, and building long-term relationships through preventive, restorative, and surgical care.
A Colorado native, Dr. Thurston earned degrees in Philosophy and Chemistry from CU Denver before receiving his DDS from the Creighton University School of Dentistry. He then completed an intensive General Practice Residency at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, gaining advanced training in complex treatment planning, dental implants, oral surgery, and endodontics. Dedicated to lifelong learning, he routinely pursues continuing education to provide the highest quality care.
Outside the office, Dr. Thurston enjoys working out, snowboarding, traveling, and cheering on the Broncos, Nuggets, and Avalanche alongside his wife and their two French Bulldogs.
