the staff was extremely professional everyone was so helpful and the Doctor and assistant were really nice on all levels. The coordinator who explained the coverage and the benefits was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 5 stars accross the board.

1. The dental assistant extremely rude and kept forcing me to press my jaw on her rediculously SHARP crazy xray machine for taking 1 picture which they couldn’t have someone click as she had to constantly get up/make me wait - this caused my under mouth mid section a bruise & I could taste my blood!?! As a bad listener - she telling me that I should do other tests etc despite POLITELY telling her that I had come in to fix my cavities! They kept asking me to sign up for other things!
2. Tongue Injury - they bruised inside bottom tongue with their tools + told me it was because “I bit my tongue” - a LIE- it was impossible given its location.
3. They had to do filling 2x - dentist messed up as I was gagging and they blamed me - rediculous. (I had to sit up so they could then complete the job without laying me flat, which was my suggestion). Also No after care instructions or follow up and NO antibiotics given after cavity filling…

The took x-rays for no reason other than to charge for it. I was there to have an emergency tooth repair. They lied about the insurance coverage - I called my insurance company 3 times to verify. They also did not tell me they would charge me out of pocket or what the expense would be until they completed the service. Have never had this terrible of an experience. They are deceptive. Stay away.
