About Dr. Alexander Parshin

Dr. Parshin is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While attending school, Dr. Parshin was a member of Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honor Society for excellence in Dental Prosthodontics. After receiving his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, Dr. Parshin served a yearlong residency at NYU Langone Medical Center. During this residency, he honed his skills in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, including the Invisalign® clear aligner system; and rotary endodontics. He received the Resident of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding service as a post-graduate resident. As an early adapter to 3D dental technology, Dr Parshin currently lectures on 3D technology in dentistry, non-invasive placement of dental implants and 3D designed dental crowns. He currently serves as the Cerec one day crowns trainer and the director of guided implant surgery. Patients who are missing one or more of their natural teeth and considering implant dentistry should note that Dr. Parshin is also certified by and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). The designation of fellow is a huge honor bestowed upon any member of the ICOI. In order to earn this esteemed title, Dr. Parshin had to complete a rigorous two-year program of continuing education coursework and advanced training in implant dentistry. As a result, he is now recognized among dental professionals worldwide as a leader in oral implantology.
