About Dr. Alexandra Biga

Dr. Biga hails from Northeastern Pennsylvania. Following graduation in 2009, she attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore where she was a recipient of the Charles W. Hennessey academic scholarship. After dental school, Dr. Biga completed a general practice residency at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Biga has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education through leading educators in the field including Spear Education and the Kois Center. She has a special interest in additive and minimally invasive dentistry, including Invisalign clear aligner therapy. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and daughter. Outside of the office, you can find her at solidcore or on the trails of the national capital region.
