“Dr. Castano was aware of my anxiety and my fear, and he took the time to ask me where my fear of the dentist came from and to reassure me that they would keep that fear upmost in their minds regarding my treatment plan. Other dentists I have seen I did not make it to second appointments because those dentists never took the time to ask why I was afraid or to understand that fear or adjust the treatment plan as result. For example, my fear is so great I prefer to handle as many treatments as possible in one visit, they never adjusted the treatment plan as result. However, he is willing to handle all my extractions in one visit and have my partial denture ready on that same day, so I only have to come back for follow-up, and he did not drag out every extraction one by one like the other dentists that I have tried to work with have done. I have serious dental issues that are genetic and that have gone on for years because I could not find a dentist that was willing to do so. Thank you”

Enjoy going to this office. Clean. Short wait time. Didn't like that I didn't see the Dr I booked with without prior notification or consultation, however, the Dr I saw did a good job as well.

I went for a wisdom tooth removal and I saw Dr. Paola and she was great. She talked me through the procedure, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. Wasn’t too much pain and everything healed perfectly.

My over all experience was great. From the office staff to the technicians Ms. Spencer and Ms. Miya who assisted Dr. Caravello did a great job in keeping me calm during my procedure. As well as Dr. Caravello explaining what he was doing and what was going to happen next. So yes I would most definitely recommend Dr. Caravello and staff to family and friends and any one who as for a recommendation.

This was my first visit to this office and I must say I was very pleased when I left. I got there about 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was given the proper paperwork to fill out. About 10 minutes later my name was called to be seen by the dentist. The assistants, Sebastian and Stephanie, we’re AMAZING and made me feel very comfortable. When I got to my room, there was a welcome sign with my name on it and I was given a gift since it was my first time there. After my checkup, I was given a very thorough overview of my future treatments, including the costs. This dental office is going places!

Be prepared to pay what you would normally have billed to you especially if you come to this dentist with an emergency! It’s not listed here but you are required to leave a card on file and agree to pay your balance in full prior to the doctor seeing you. After they get you in the chair they come to tell you what you will owe and ask if your willing to proceed AFTER YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE CHAR! Of course I won’t say no at that point. Overall good office just the typical run of the mill dentist office more focused on making money than a clients well being. If I hadn’t had a few extra dollars on me that day I probably wouldn’t have been able to be serviced. & I have insurance! However instead of them billing you your portion to plan your payments accordingly you are forced to do all of that with them or be charged. & if your insurance takes too long to pay you get charged and if your insurance decides it can’t cover something after the appointment you’ll get charged?
