About Dr. Alla Fishman

Dr. Fishman received her doctorate from the New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to establishing her North Babylon practice, she practiced general dentistry in Brooklyn & Massapequa. Dr. Fishman is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Society & the Suffolk County Dental Association. Because she had a very negative dental experience as a child, Dr. Fishman strives to make every patient experience a great one. She is very gentle, compassionate & understanding. She uses the latest technology to shorten appointment time needed to complete treatment. She also explains exactly what to expect, so there are no unpleasant surprises. Dr. Fishman’s primary goal is to reduce treatment by practicing preventative dentistry. She also had a vast amount of dental work done herself, so she can fill you in on what to expect from personal experience. After office hours, Dr. Fishman enjoys spending time with her husband & two children. She enjoys dancing & traveling & has a great passion for animals. She has two cats, fish & a chinchilla.
