About Dr. Alvaro Garcia Sanchez
Dr. Garcia was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Complutense of Madrid. He then pursued further education and achieved a Master's Degree in Oral Implantology from the University of Seville.
With several years of experience as a general dentist, Dr. Garcia dedicated himself to providing comprehensive care to his patients. Additionally, he took great pleasure in sharing his knowledge as a part-time clinical instructor at the European University Miguel de Cervantes, where he mentored post-graduate students.
Seeking new horizons in his career, Dr. Garcia set his sights on the United States. He was accepted into the Advanced Education of General Dentistry program at the University of Connecticut, where he honed his skills even further. It was during this time that he discovered his true passion for Endodontics, leading him to pursue specialized training in the field at the University of Connecticut, where he obtained his specialist certificate.
Dr. Garcia is a member of professional organizations, including the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and Florida Association of Endodontists. Through active involvement in these associations, he remains up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Garcia finds joy in his personal life. He is happily married to Esther Ordonez, also a dentist, and they are proud parents of twins. As a family, they cherish spending time outdoors, whether it's enjoying the beautiful Tampa Bay beaches or having cozy movie nights together.
