About Dr. Amalia Quinones
Dr. Amalia Qui?ones is a dentist practicing cosmetic and general dentistry at her practice, Bayview Dental, located in Fort Lauderdale. Born in Cuba, she has spent most of her life in South Florida. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, DC. After working in the DC area for a few years, she moved back to South Florida to be close to her family.
Dr. Qui?ones's patients can always voice their concerns and trust they are treated with gentle care. Her passion for the art of dentistry is evident in her dedication to giving patients beautiful smiles that exceed their expectations. Known affectionately as Dr. Q by many of her patients, she strongly believes in the long-term dental health of those she treats and is recognized for her compassion and integrity. Her patients are treated with the utmost respect, honesty, and, most notably, as family.
Dr. Qui?ones has always aimed to provide a compassionate, personalized patient experience in a modern and relaxing environment, and she has designed her practice to reflect this vision. I used to dread going to the dentist because of past negative experiences, including rough treatment and one of the most painful anesthetic injections I’ve ever had. That all changed when I found Dr. Amalia Quinones and her staff. She completely transformed my experience with her gentle approach and professionalism. For the first time, I actually feel comfortable and even motivated to keep up with my routine cleanings. I’m truly grateful for the care she provides.

Highly recommend! Every single employee I was in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked the most was their dental receptionist came back and sat down with me to go over the different prices for the services I discussed with the dentist, so there were no hidden fees or unexpected costs when I checked out. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was absolutely amazing!! She was fast, thorough and gentle, 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone looking. The only downside is they did not accept my insurance (HMO), however unfortunately many places do not accept that coverage and I knew they did not prior to booking!

Mrs. Ashley is very professional and genuinely cares about patients, ensuring their appointments and insurance coverage are well understood. Mrs. Rosario is the kindest and most experienced hygienist I’ve ever seen. And as for Dr. Quinones—she is an incredible dentist! She took the time to address all my concerns and performed a thorough deep cleaning. I highly recommend her and her staff. I drove an hour just to see her, and I’ll gladly do it again every four months.

If you want to go to a dentist that respects your time and your wallet, definitely go to Dr. Amalia and Debbie. They are the absolute best. They explained everything, concerns were stated in a professional manner, and the bedside manner of everyone in the office is superb. Excellent experience, from a well designed and remodeled office to a great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make sure you are feeling comfortable while they are checking on you. They have a follow up service with a reminder so you won’t forget your appointment. It’s like the whole package. All you need from a dentist office.

My wife and I have been looking for a dental office near us that opens on Saturdays and finally found one. The staff and doctor were very kind and helpful. Dr. Quinones helped make the entire process quick and effortless, she was available and was able to complete our initial visit and x-rays on the same day, which we are very grateful for. Eileen was all very patient and attentive and took the time to explain everything to us in detail and scheduled our follow-up appointment. The whole staff was wonderful and I would highly recommend Bayview Dental and Dr. Quinones . Thank you again for making my experience a positive one.
