Most relevant

I received multiple confirmations for my appt. The morning of my appt, I received a text reminder an hour prior to the visit. I drove far and came exactly on time but the doctor wasn’t available. The office receptionist said that even if the doctor was there that day, he wouldn’t take my insurance. I was told, if I wasn’t contacted by the office over the phone, it translated to the appt doesn’t exist. There was no instructions I had to contact the office directly. There was no communication that the doctor is not in that day or there was no follow up about the insurance qualification. The doctor had numerous time slots available on the site and the profile states he takes my insurance. None of the above applied in person. I wasted my time, and more importantly, couldn’t get the care that I needed and counted on for a referred emergency. Very disappointing. Maybe he is a great endodontist but I’ll never find out as the organizational logistics are poorly implemented.
