About Dr. Amrita Singh

Dr. Singh has over a decade of experience delivering high-quality dental care to patients in the DMV, Richmond, Boston, and Dallas metroplexes. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, with advanced training in Invisalign, implants, prosthodontics, endodontics, aesthetics, oral surgery, emergency dentistry, and complex dental care. Dr. Singh employs a patient-centered approach built on trust. From the first visit to the last, she ensures a seamless and personalized experience centered on patient comfort, goals, and oral health.
Dr. Singh completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia and received both a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) and Masters in Physiology from Virginia Commonwealth University. As part of her training, Dr. Singh studied the effects of the oral biome on periodontal disease with a publication in the Journal of Infection and Immunity. After her postgraduate training, she went on to complete a hospital-based general practice residency at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. There she provided longitudinal care as part of a collaborative team of dentists, oral surgeons, and physicians treating complex and critically ill patients. This experience left her well-equipped to respond competently and confidently to any of the challenges of modern dentistry.
To ensure a high quality of care, Dr. Singh is committed to staying at the forefront of dental medicine. To this end, she completes over a hundred hours a year in continuing dental education. She has completed a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry from the International Dental Implant Association and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, from which she has received training in Botox and fillers.

Great experience—friendly and helpful receptionist, hygienist, and dentist, great imaging tech (3D rotatable image of teeth and bite), which aided discussion, and an honest presentation of options for an issue regarding which my former dentist had proposed only the most pricey possibility.

Annie Buzzard must be the best hygienist on the planet. She and Sr. Singh make a great combo. She identified a spot on my tongue that even I hadn’t noticed. I always feel well taken care of here.

I was in the dentist's chair within less than ten minutes of arriving! Dr. Singh was very nice, explained all of my options, and worked very fast. I was out of there within an hour, and will be going to see her again soon for a cleaning. Thanks again!
