Dr. Serrao earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with honors from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Prior to completing her dental education in the United States, she received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Universidade Santa Cecília in Brazil and completed a Research Fellowship at Peking University in China, providing her with a strong international foundation in dentistry. During her time at Boston University, Dr. Serrao received a Certificate of Recognition in Special Care Dentistry for her compassionate treatment of geriatric patients and individuals with special healthcare needs.
