About Dr. Ana Maria Gallego

Dr. Ana Maria Gallego earned her Specialty Degree in Pediatric Dentistry from Nova Southeastern University. Her passion is working with young children and special needs children to provide a caring and healthy atmosphere for dental care. She obtained additional training through the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry on Sedation Dentistry on children and other clinical areas for higher level cases. She has worked with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Broward General Hospital in various aspects of her postdoctoral training. She is a member of the International Academy of Dental Research, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Academy of Special Needs Dentistry. Originally from Colombia, Dr. Gallego now calls South Florida home with her husband and two sons. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family and taking Flamenco dance classes.
